Emmanuel is an experienced electrical distribution technician specialising in three-phase and mono-phase lines. He has more than twenty years’ experience planning and implementing distribution cables for the Rwanda Energy Group (REG), and has diplomas as a Linesman and as a Solar Technician from ULK Polytechnic in Kigali.
