ARC Power Smart Metering and USSD
Every ARC Power customer is connected via a smart meter. Smart meters collect data in near real time, storing this information in the cloud. Customers can access this information via our bespoke USSD that can be accessed via their phone allowing a customer to top up, see their balance and check their usage for free anywhere and at any time, without the need for a smartphone.
ARC Power has combined the latest smart metering technology with our very own bespoke USSD system to allow customers access to a wide range of services. Our smart meters are monitored 24/7 to ensure excellent provision of power to our customers. Furthermore, the data gathered allows customers access to highly detailed data on their usage each day. All data is stored in the cloud and can be accessed in detail via our bespoke CRM software.
Customers can also use our USSD to access additional services, order upgrades and products and tell us if they are experiencing issues so that we can respond as quickly as possible.
